Cemented carbide rotary blank has high wear resistance which can prolong working life,carbide burrs can be designed in single and double slots,and tungsten carbide burr has high hardness which is easy to improve work efficiency.

Product Application:

Cemented carbide rotary files are widely used in die processing and manufacturing. Such as chamfering of mechanical parts, rounding and channelling processing, cleaning of flying edges, burrs and welds of casting, forging and welds, and smooth processing of pipes and impellers. Tungsten carbide rotary burrs can also be used for arts and crafts carving of metal and non-metallic materials (bone, jade, stone).

All materials are tested in terms of hardness , density and T.R.S before using.
