1, bush hammer carbide tips was brazed on round litchi mill machine for percussion or chisel on the granite surface, in form a stone surface, such as litchi skin rough surface,granite litchi surface more use in sidewalk surface or square floor and so on for anti-slip.

Production and test

1. About raw materials and powder:

After the order is confirmed, bush hammer carbide tips will start to prepare the RTP powder as per customer’s requirement with our wet-grinding machine.

 2. About pressing:

Before mass production, we need to do a trial pressing and sintering for bush hammer carbide tips, and we check the appearances and the sizes of bush hammer carbide tips samples with micrometer, projectors etc. to ensure that the requirements of the drawings can be met before batch production;

3. About Furnace:

1).How many furnaces?

5 sets of vacuum sintering furnace and 1set of HIP

4. About cleaning/tumbling :
