1.Description of Product:

 Tungsten steel milling cutter is a kind of tool made of tungsten steel (cemented carbide, also known as tungsten titanium alloy). Generally used in CNC machining center, CNC engraving machine. 

  It can also be installed on the ordinary milling machine to process some hard and uncomplicated heat treatment materials. Tungsten steel milling cutter is widely used and high-speed machining is used. 

 The hardness of tungsten steel milling cutter is Vickers 10K, second only to diamond. Because of this, tungsten steel milling cutter is not easy to be worn, and brittle hard, not afraid of annealing.

Classification and Application:

1. It can be divided into standard knives with a general diameter of (1-20 mm). Tungsten steel 4-edge, 2-edge milling cutter, tungsten steel ball cutter, tungsten steel round nose milling cutter.

2. Nonstandard knives, with variable diameter and strange shape, are of various types, such as tungsten steel small diameter flat knife, deep groove knife, etc.

All materials are tested in terms of hardness , density and T.R.S before using.
