Tungsten carbide brazed tips have the features of high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, high heat resistance and high bending strength,as well as good chemical stability, low expansion coefficient, thermal conductivity, etc.

Application:

Thungsten carbide barazed tips are used for making turning tools for the grooving of rolls in wheat flour production,  making millig tools, making forming tools; making straight flute drills, twist drills, reamers. and brazed tip also to be welded onto the holder, used on the stone cutting machines.

Grade:

All materials are tested in terms of hardness , density and T.R.S before using.
