1.Description of Product:

  1.The service life of cemented carbide die is more than

 ten times or even dozens of times that of steel mold.    

  2.Cemented carbide mold has only high hardness, high strength,

corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and small expansion 

coefficient. Generally, tungsten cobalt cemented carbide is used.

2.Applications:

1.The first type is cemented carbide drawing dies, which account for the vast majority of cemented carbide dies. The main grades of drawing dies in China are YG8, YG6 and YG3, followed by YG15, YG6X and YG3X. Some new grades are developed, such as YL for high speed wire drawing, cs05 (ylo. 5), cg20 (yl20), cg40 (yl30), K10, ZK20 / zk30.

2.The second type of die is cold upsetting cold stamping die, shaping die, the main brands are yc20c, YG20, YG15, ct35, yjt30 and mo15.

3.The third type of mold is non-magnetic alloy mold for magnetic material production, such as YSN (including 20, 25, 30, 35, 40) of YSN series and TMF of steel structure.

4.The fourth type is hot working die. There is no standard brand for this kind of alloy, so the market demand is increasing.
